TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service Agreement
By agreeing to place an order for product or service you agree to the following terms and conditions which are part and parcel of the provided product and service.
1. Service Scope
- We provide hand car wash services, including exterior wash, interior cleaning, and detailing.
- Additional services such as waxing, polishing, and interior vacuuming are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before the wash. AX Auto Express Car Wash is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Customers are required to disclose any pre-existing damages to their vehicles before the service begins.
3. Damage and Liability
- AX Auto Express Car Wash takes utmost care while handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused during the car wash process, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint damage, or damage to aftermarket accessories.
- Services are performed at the customer’s own risk. AX Auto Express Car Wash is not liable for any damages or losses incurred while using our services.
4. Quality of Service
- We strive to provide high-quality car wash services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
- AX Auto Express Car Wash does not guarantee the removal of all stains, marks, or odors during the cleaning process.
5. Subscription Packages and Denial of Service
- Some subscription services for car wash run over a longer time, e.g. for 1 year. These need to be renewed on time for the service to continuer. The renewal price may have changed at the time of renewal. Latest price will apply.
- ALL subscription car wash packages presume a normal well maintained car. In case the car is dirtier than normal, we may decide to deny service under the package or levy extra charges. The assessment of AX AutoExpress Car Wash are deemed as valid and final. The customer may not demand a refund, in full, prorated or partial for such cases.
6. Service Cancellation and Refunds
- Customers may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.
- Refunds for services rendered will be provided at the discretion of AX Auto Express Car Wash and only in cases of severe dissatisfaction or failure to provide the agreed-upon service.
- As a rule, there is no refund.
7. Safety and Conduct
- For safety reasons, customers are not permitted in the car wash area during the service.
- Any abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.
8. Data Protection
- Customer information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the car wash services and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
9. Credit Card or Online Transaction Data
- We use Government Approved and trusted payment processors for all online payments. All transactions are actually carried out at their platform. We DO NOT KEEP, or have access to, any credit card / debit card data.
- We do keep and use name, telephone, email and address for order processing and update purposes. We also use this data to reach out with marketing efforts. If you do not want any marketing emails, please drop us a note and we will take you off the list.
10. Force Majeure and Renovations
We may close the shop or deny service for the following reasons:
- Weather
- Civil or similar unrest
- Unsafe conditions of any kind
- Riots
- Acts of GOD
- Disease outbreak
- Forced Govt closure due to any reason
- Renovation not lasting more than 7 days
- Temporary equipment or infrastructure disruption not lasting more than 7 days
Any one who has subscribed to the YEARLY OR MONTHLY subscriptions will NOT get a refund for the time lost. The subscriptions will not become refundable in full or in part.
